I’ve spent a lot of money at this place and haven’t had any issues with delivery until today. I scheduled a delivery for 5-7pm and they never showed up. I called at 7:15 and the woman said they had car trouble and had been delayed but they will be here. I waited almost two hours, no text, NOTHING and I go online into my account and they cancelled my order. Would’ve been nice to know what was going on so I’m not sitting here waiting. Very upset with how this was handled. You need to communicate with your customers when there’s an issue, not just cancel their order with zero notification.

First time ever going into any cannabis shop, I wasn’t quite sure what to get and Alexis was there to help find a good fit for me. Helped make my visit there a lot less stressful. Very grateful for her kindness and patience trying to find something best suited for my needs. I’ve recommended all my friends to give her a visit. Only place I go to now, hands down best customer service I’ve had anywhere.

Pretty good flower. Ozone has decent flower for the price. But let me let you in on a little secret. The product Strain and Gracia, you know the $30 8th. They come from the same company, don't be fooled by fancy packaging. Holistic healing is the grow and funny, yet you can get the same flower like.same bath and everything. It's at lume dispensaries for 130 an Oz. So be smart n your research. Just looking out for my smoker's. Also, the dispo cart isn't worth the money. Stay happy, stay healthy!

It was my first time visiting Ascend and the location was beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. Angelene helped me and was very kind and listened to me. I told her what I was looking for and she matched me with the perfect strains. I will definitely be returning!
